Are we revving up for a reveal?
The Need for Speed Twitter account has sent out a couple of teaser images this week, and the skyline included in both appears to hint at a Seattle setting for Need for Speed 2017. We know it looks like the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, however, it looks more like the Space Needle in Seattle.
Another coincidence is that EA Seattle developed Need For Speed 2 and was released in 1997.
Could this be a 20 Year Anniversary title?
So far, we know this year’s Need for Speed will have the ability to pause, an offline single-player experience, customization, and cops. Need for Speed 2017 will be playable at EA Play next month alongside Star Wars Battlefront II, FIFA 18, Madden NFL 18, NBA Live 18, EA Sports FIFA on Nintendo Switch, and more.
