Fortnite Player Ninja finished top in 2018

Twitch gaming viewership In 2018 saw a significant increase as compared to 2017 according to statistics compiled by Esports Observer. Fortnite player Tyler “Ninja” Blevins took the lead with over 226 million hours watched between 1 January – 27 December 2018. With 2019 around the corner Fortnite has no signs of slowing down and with regular in-game updates, be sure to see even more streamer viewership numbers rise as the game continues to grow.

Ninja in 2018 has made it to daytime and night time talk shows like Ellen and Jimmy Fallon. He also won the Best Content Creator Award at the Game Awards earlier this month, and he is also hosting Twitch’s New Year’s Eve event. To say his 2018 is a success is an understatement!
